Nestled on a peaceful one-acre lot, this newly designed home is the perfect blend of relaxation and fun. Brand new furniture, bedding, stocked kitchen and cozy living spaces ideal for families or groups. Movie/game room with universal arcade machine and poker table. Big backyard features two disc golf baskets, golf practice net, cornhole, ladder toss, fire pit and hot tub! Two car garage doubles as additional game area with darts, ring toss and ping pong. Unwind. Have fun!

The Inside: -Bedroom 1--(17'3" x 11'3") One king bed and 43" TV. -Bedroom 2--(10'2" x 13'1") Two queen beds. -Bedroom 3--(12'11" x 13'7") One queen bed. -Bedroom 4--(15'7" x 13'3") One king bed and 43" TV. Each room has a fan (either on the ceiling or portable- stored in the closet) and a white noise machine. One bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. The bathrooms are not attached to the bedrooms. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. -Fully equipped kitchen offering coffee, tea, creamer and sugar. We have a traditional drip coffee pot, a pour over, and a cold brew pitcher. -Upstairs living room has an electric fireplace and a 70" TV. -Downstairs living room has a game table, L shaped couch, arcade machine, karaoke and a 70" TV. -High Speed Wi-Fi. -Central A/C and heating. -Washer, dryer, drying rack, laundry soap, wool balls and dryer sheets provided. ***All TVs are logged into our YouTube TV subscription. They are smart TVs allowing you to log into your streaming apps. Please make sure to log out prior to leaving*** The Outside: -Upper deck, off the kitchen, with L shaped outdoor couch. -Lower deck with grill, outdoor table with umbrella and seating for 8 people. -Big backyard with hot tub, golf net, 2 disc golf baskets- with putter and medium range disks, room for games, and fire pit with 8 chairs. -In the garage you will find: - 2 parking spaces -Corn hole -Ladder golf -Ring toss -Dart board -Ping pong -Football -Two blow up stand up paddle boards with car pump and 2 life jackets Dog Parents: Pet fee is $100 for up to 2 dogs. *Please let us know if you will be bringing your dogs we can add the fee. -Dog Bowls -Doggie Waste Bags -Please keep dog on leash outside Human Parents: -Pack-N- play with mattress and sheets -Baby bath -Portable high chair -Kids plates and silverware -2 Gates Less than 10 minutes to downtown Traverse City. 10 minutes to Farm club which is a farm, brewery, restaurant and market place recently featured in The New York Times. 🧺 🍻 🌽 🥬 Minutes to the TART bike trail 🚲 and wineries of Leeanau County 🍷 🍇 25 minute drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes 🏖️
